I noticed no compatible difference. I actucally would prefer a non virgin. Despite popular opinion, teaching the rookies is not much fun.
Just to be clear some girls have little to no hymen at all so not every virgin has to go through it and the guy really doesn't feel a difference other than the possibility of a virgin being tighter than a non virgin

For me it was a great feeling to take my gf's virginity away. It really feels like you are rewarded for your hard work. It's really not that exciting because the girl is nervous, inexperienced, and usually a bit self-conscious about the whole thing. That, and if the guy has any dick size at all, it hurts the first time. Breaking the hymen is a satisfying thing in the sense that you're breaking her in, but it's messier than it is sexy in reality.
