How easy/ difficult is it for an average, single man to get laid these days? Women, we can get it whenever. Do women ever just offer you sex? How much effort do you have to put in?

girls aren't attracted to me. i have always been over weight and it seems to be the biggest turn of for girls.
Here's the kicker... and I'm not kidding... my friends (both men and women) often tell me I look like this guy:

You'd think with looks similar to this, it would be really easy to get laid... and it is... but here is the catch 22:
-Women that are pretty much down to fuck me are the really out of shape, bbw type or the worn out single moms.
If you're the type of guy who doesn't have a lot of standards or are desperate... getting laid with those types of women is pretty easy. I've done this a few times (moment of weakness... unfortunately).
-However... when I try to meet attractive women and get their attention, they play a lot of games and it's harder to get laid with them.
So, basically, the average gook looking guy can get laid pretty easily... but typically with below average women.
I have a small penis, so I took myself out of the game voluntarily.
For the average guy? good fkn luck. It's pretty hard for majority of guys... Girls only wanna sleep with guys points above them. To score a 7, you'd have to be a 8-10. You've gotta be good looking and also be able to talk with charm. Money can be the equalizer. How many guys you know like that stand out completely? Not many!
