It really, really varies. I've had some quick ones but also some really longs ones.

I'll say that the more worked up I am, the more foreplay there is to where I'm passionately kissing her, caressing her body, feeling her up against me and the more she kind of stimulates me a little with her hand first the faster it happens.

If you mean "until the boy cums?", that would be near instantly for new inexperienced boys to much longer for more experienced boys that know how to make it last.
