It's weird that a lot of girls ask a question "why guys worry about their dick size". And yet at the same time every day at least one girl here asks "my boyfriend has too small dick, is it wrong to dumb him?". I don't know how dumb you have to be if you don't see why some guys are worried.

Very different. Go check the boob size questions and you'll find many if not most men prefer small boobs. But no women prefer small dick over average and bigger. If a guy has a too small dick, he'll never find a woman who prefers his dick size, but if a girl has small boobs, he'll still have like 50% of guys preferring her boob size. So the guys worrying about dick size has a lot more legitimate reason to be worried.

Well in case you missed it the dick size question is at the top of the 10 most asked questions on GaG. There are apparently a lot of insecure guys here on GaG who wish they could have a different hand dealt to them instead of the one they were dealt. Sure. But your question was how long guys have been insecure and is it only a gag thing. So my point is guys has been insecure ever since girls have made it clear they prefer larger over small size. It's not like guys came up with the insecurity in their heads for no reason. It starts from girls' preferences and guys want to fit in those preferences.
