That depends why. If she’s perfect and a continent away I’d wait a long time.

if we’re waiting because she’s not actually very enthusiastic about have sex with me, I’m not going to wait as soon as I reach that conclusion since there’s nothing worth waiting for.

if it’s something else, depends what.

I can go without sex. I’m just not interested in a low drive partner or one not very into me.

I don't think I have a limit. If she wants to wait weeks, months, even years, I'm cool with that. There's more important things than sex, and if everything else in the relationship was good I don't think I'd miss it much.
