I had asked this question couple of Months Ago with less details but didn't get Any Solutions, So My Sister was struggling financially for last Some Months, She has some bank loans to repay as well as some other dues, So she was very Stressed... One of My Sister's friend used to work in a strip bar, So My Sister went to her to get some help
My Sister's friend suggested her to work in a strip bar where she used to work,
But My Sister could not read the fine print of the contract properly and by Mistake She signed on a nude contract, Now My sister's manager treats with her very harshly and he don't allow her to wear any panties or thong because My sister has signed strip to nude contract
My Sister Also tried taking to a lawyer but he told her that she will have to give a huge amount of money to bar owner if she breach the contract before one year, it was like a bond that she signed by mistake and Since My Sister lives in Mexico So laws are not heling her too.
It was My Sister's own mistake, She signed on a strip to nude contract because she couldn't read the fine print of the contract, this gave her Manager power over her, So as per the Contract if Bar Manager want then he can strip her naked Infront the Bar Customers, So he is just misusing his Power which he has over My Sister and he don't let her wear any panties or thong during she performs Infront the Bar Customers... Also My Sister's Manager gives only 2-3 Days leave during her periods, He says she can use tampons but he can't allow her wear panty or thong, this All has made My Sister's life more pathetic.
What she she Can do Now? She needs Money to repay her bank loans and other dues but she don't want to Strip fully Naked but Manager don't have any soft corner for My Sister.

Yup, In first Place it was a big Mistake of my Sister by herself, She was not aware of these kind of contracts and she had never worked in strip clubs, So Now she has stuck badly even trapped ! My Sister has been talking and trying to convince the Bar Manager to let her wear any underwear or panties but he is very adamant, My Sister even offered him to take less salary and doing only Topless but still he is not Okay with this... I also tried talking to him but he scolded me rudely.
She needs to find another job then she should quit working for the bar, I'm sure that the bar manager is just manipulating your sister, he can't come after her for money if she quits

Well in life we are make mistakes like this and have to tow the line. Get her year done and get out. Last thing she needs is to owe a Mexican national. It call learning the hard way.

Being a Stripper can't be her true passion because she is shy by nature and not very extrovert but she had to take a stripper job because of Money, She had to repay her existing debts and she was very worried because bank agents were calling her to pay back the bank loans but My Sister by mistake signed on a wrong contract and got trapped, She wanted to strip to bikini ( undergarments ) only but Now she is bound to strip fully naked, Despite many requests Bar Management is not allowing her to wear any kind of lingerie or panties, So she is much disturbed.

I think your sister should talk to her lawyer, maybe he could come up with something a way out of this and her manager is so mean for treating her that way.
My Sister has already talked to two different lawyers but they both Said if she want to quit the Stripper Job before one year then she will have to pay Money to Bar Owner but My Sister don't have money to pay back, Also My Sister had lots of arguments with Bar Manager because she didn't want to strip fully naked and she wanted to keep her panties on but Bar Manager didn't allow her and Now he is annoyed with her So he don't let her wear any lingerie or panty even during her periods and she can't use Pads without wearing panties, He is making her life more miserable.
This is harder than i thought, your sister should try talking to him and make him understand. She should do that in a polite way, even if he starts yelling, if she starts smiling at him and acting friendly to him for a while, he might change his mind.
When my sister can't do much legally and also don't have money then she has only option that is to try to convince the Bar Manager to allow her to wear lingerie or panties for her dignity but it depends on the mood of the Bar Manager, he is already annoyed with her and Now My Sister would have to offer him something like she would take lesser salary if he allow her to wear some undergarments ! I think its best she takes a pay cut or find a way of making peace with him, so he might have a change of mind

Hmm…. Yup My Sister told me that she signed the contract by Mistake and she didn't know what was all written in fine prints ! I trust My Sister, I don't think she would willingly take a Job of Stripper Girl and would strip fully naked by her own will ! but May be She didn't realize her mistake then and Now Bar Manager don't allow her to wear any panty or thong.

I don't know what loss would happen if My Sister perform just wearing a thong instead of fully naked !
