Was more often to be random when I was younger. But now it's more rare, really I only get so if I am already thinking about a girl or some hot situation which tbh I could be thinking about anytime of the day making it look like I just get random ones but nah usually it's my fault.

Rarely as I'm getting older. In my 20s it was still a big issue sometimes and I'd often have to sit in a pub or diner longer than I'd intended to.
