Gave up on it almost 2 years ago. I got started at 14 with images. Then short videos at 16. I tried getting off it by myself, but I ended up failing through those years. I prayed and realized the fear of getting caught was driving it. Once I admitted what I did and repented, I haven't watched it since. Like any sexual adult I still battle lusts, but not as often. I realized at 16 it wasn't healthy as it changes your perception of men and women and how you think. It also isn't good, because sex bonds you to your wife, but this practice makes you associate it with a screen. I vowed to never watch it again. There are still pop up adds I have make sure I turn off right away, but I've been resilient these past two years.

Like once a week. Or rather one day during the week; I sometimes start and stop throughout the day. And other times just watch it all day long.
