I started at the age of 7 but didn't know what it was , but i did it regularly since the age of 13, once a week at least , it dropped my confidence. And at the age of 15 till 17 I do it twice to 3 times a day , again it affected my social life , about 2 moths ago I started smoking cigarettes, the dopamine from smoking replaced the masturbating dopamine.
