Guys, How To Deal With Guilt From Cheating?

Guys, how do you deal, if you ever have to deal, with the painful guilt from being a cheater and/or a manipulator. I've done it a lot and I've had less guilt since I've stopped labeling girls as girlfriends, but this one girl (21) gave me her virginity really quickly and now I'm really bored/ really would like to get something going with this other girl. It's really shitty of me and when I think about it I just feel like the worst person in the world. Why do I get to do this? And yet, I can't stop. I can't make myself want her. I can't make myself not want this other girl. Also, piece of advice don't get caught up in cheating if you haven't already. It really is a sickness.

Hm... maybe I'm heartless but it's never bothered me. Being cheated on sucks; but being the cheater is where it's at.
