How would you respond if your big breasted girlfriend wanted to get a reduction procedure?

This is the flip side of another poll that I posted a few minutes ago. Sometimes, the mention of big boobs makes some girls uncomfortable. There are guys who will just openly stare at their chest. If a guy asks her for a date, it seems as if he is only interested in playing with her boobs. Finding clothes that fit properly can be a challenge. When boobs are too large, they place a strain on the back which can lead to chronic back pain. And there is the worry that 38DD at age 18 will be horribly sagging and unsightly at age 40.

Suppose you are dating a girl with huge boobs. What if she comes to you and says that she wants to get a breast reduction? She wants to decrease from a 38DD to a 34C. How would you respond? Would you agree with her decision? Would you be concerned about the risks attendant to all surgical procedures? Would you be concerned about the procedure not having a good outcome? Would you be concerned about the "playground" being off limits while she recovered? Would you be concerned about not being attracted to her after the procedure? Would you be concerned that she might become more attractive to other guys and you would have competition for her affections?

Guys, how would you react? Ladies, if you have been through a breast reduction procedure, how did your boyfriend respond before and after the procedure?

As a Massage Therapist, I am familiar with repetitive strain damage in muscles that were meant to move the body are now stuck all day long with the task of cantilevering and fixating two bulging breasts! Well-fitted bras, with really wide straps are the first step, and a plan of specific exercises to bring opposing muscles into "balance" is the critical second (if opting for no surgery). But I digress - - - - - -
I would not be opposed and I would certainly support her decision.

I DID find it a bit ironic that (the decision was worded) to "support" her position.
It's s relatively moot point for me, though. I never dated any really busty gals- "c" was about the biggest.

When I've talked with patients with big breasts they always complain about back pain so I fully support them if they want to get the surgery.

I have had 2 friends have reduction surgery done. Both said it made life easier for them.
