Sexual Health I am literally willing to do each and every thing they show in porno-movies and clips but I can't even say "Hey" to a guy who I am into even if my life is depended on it and even if someone tried to chat with me I just end up giving one word reply and they take it as a sign of disinterest and leave me.
How can I get out of this?

4 32I got more comfortable by talking to everyone about things that they might enjoy. TV, sports, etc. Almost everyone can talk about this and it establishes a conversation. Plus people like talking about themselves.

Stop thinking of yourself first , its not about your interest in yourself when you find interest in another. Shy... TF is that... just fear of being appraochable. I mean whats going to happen other than a conversation.
This is a common this but it can easily be fixed

I'd get something like a name tag that I could flip up. On top I'd write HI, I'm really shy, and on the flip side I'd write and super kinky
Take some confidence classes with strangers, you seem to be super shy, some guy will appreciate you later on if you can get out of being shy
Maybe try meeting people online, on sites such as fetlife, like minded people that might help get your confidence up. Find out if any clubs in your area for this and try them.

When you do meet a guy and have a good relationship you will be an incredible lover and a high value girlfriend/wife. That is for sure. But like most women, you don't have the courage to do anything about it so you remain single and frustrated.
For better or worse, guys are the ones expected to be proactive in dating. But that doesn't mean you can't be proactive too. All you have to do is give a guy you like some signs that you like him. If he likes you back, that could give him the confidence to take action.
It is also a fact that when a woman shows interest in a man, it can often pique his interest in her and he may start liking her when he wouldn't have otherwise.
