I HATE my small boobs?

I have really small boobs. My chest is not completely flat but I can't fill out a 32A and it bothers me so much. My boyfriend is obsessed with my butt and he says he loves my boobs but I just can't see it and I hate them. How do I deal with this?

I like just fit a 32 A (sometimes not really depending on bra company)
but my boyfrd still play/grab/kiss em.
I used to be like you, worrying about my body, but I thought : In the end of the day, why do u give a fuck about what others think? You rock what you have and that's all that matters.
