it’s called strengthening. Lose the bra when possible, and do pushups / chinups. You will develop muscles that like suspenders actually pull the boobs back up

yeah, ones slightly bigger than the other. but surgery is not the only option, we can just love our bodies. theyre meant to have boobs. doesn't need to be perfect.
