I'm scared of telling my best friend that I lost my virginity. What should I do?

I'm the first of all my friends to lose her virginity. Now the problem is that I'm scared because my best friend is very judgmental and I don't know how she would react to me loosing my virginity. This also doesn't go well with the fact that I've been with my boyfriend for only a month so far and I'm scared she would see me as slutty. I really want to talk to her about it but I'm really scared of what will happen if I do. I would really appreciate any advice I could get.
