I think it's illegal but Ill give a very low estimate and say that at least 50% of underage teenagers do it. It's probably higher than that. You won't get in trouble.

Will you get arrested for it no probably not. That warning is there more to make it illegal for an adult to sell porn to a minor or for an adult to sit and make you watch it with them or something. You won't go to jail for looking at it. It's one of those laws that would cost way too much money or time to persecute people for. It's mostly just a deterrent to keep it as far away from minors as possible. Kinda like underage drinking on campus. It's illegal and I've been at a couple of college parties that got shut down almost always the cops just say hey go home and don't do it but its really more for safety.
