my step dad sometimes falls asleep on the couch which is is in the living room connected to the kitchen.. so when i get up around midnight to get wwater or snack and turn the light on or if im coming home late from being out my step dad will be lying on the couch... HIS PENIS STICKING OUT OF HIS PANTS... its happened more times than i can count.. I don't know what to do im literally scarred... ps he's sleeping when this happens I don't know if he knows I've seen it like doznes of times

Well it sounds l freaky. Maybe you need to sit down and talk to and bring it to his attention.. As a man if that happened I would want my daughter to bring it to my attention. I would not want my daughter to be freaked out ever time she comes home. It sound like he fell asleep master batting. It happens but he do that in privetly in he's bed room with the good locked.
