Just tell her the truth about her boyfriend asking you for nudes and apologize to her for being inconsiderate, i'm pretty sure if she's your good friend she'll probably go ape shit for 5 hours or maximum 2 days and then she'll return to her normal state.
If he's dating your best friend and can still asking you for a nude pic doesn't mean it's kinda fishy? And you have to be sure that he did not screenshot or save it because he can use it to blackmail you. I think you need to stay away from that guy and keep an eye on your best friend.
