If cum is watery sometimes does that mean its only precum and that he didn't actually cum?

We had sex at 10 pm and after he pulled out, there was air bubbles and just a little bit of white/clear liquid that came out of me. Then 8 hours later, we had sex again and this time there was clear/watery liquid that came out of me. Both times it was enough to see, but it wasn't as much or as thick and white as usual. Does this mean he didn't actually cum these times? He acted like he came, he moaned and everything like he usually does when he cums. It just looked a different than it usually does after he pulls out. Was it actually cum or just precum?
