Probably not... There are other factors involved here as well. Sperm can stay alive up to five days inside the female reproductive tract. However, sperm dies within minutes of landing on something outside of the body, like skin or sheets. As soon as it dries out it is dead as well. So unless you allow many guys to stand around you and shoot their loads directly at your target, and even then I don't think any would enter inside. So stepping into a tub full of cum and if any sperm was still alive it would not be easy for it to get inside of your vagina without help. Also, soap, salt and other chemicals such as found in a pool will kill the sperm quickly.
