well... Michael Jackson had a similar idea. And it was neither convincing, nor does it work.
But then: if it's hip and ''acceptable'' to modify your body into a variety of different genders, a mere skin colour change isn't problematic. After all, chameleons do it all the time.

My skin colour is of neutral undertones and is a light-medium olive and looks pretty much like a buttery yellow leaning towards beige most of the time. I like my skin tone most of the time but if I had to change it I’d keep the undertones and everything but probably be a couple shades lighter because I think I just look better that way.
When I was younger, I hated I was so pale, burned easy.. At my age, I learned to accept/love myself for who/what I am, so no definitely would not... I'm me, that's it.. Nothing more, nothing less, just ME...

Yes. I'm extremely fair-skinned and burn when out in the sun. I'd love to have my skin be more of an olive color so I could enjoy the sun without having to lather on tons of SPF 50 sunscreen.
