For me lightning
fire, there are so many things you could do if you control fire.
low heat, high ignition would be great for a light.
you could evaporate any of the other elements if you get it hot enough.
with enough control you could adjust its density and create explosions (increase density) or create a low burn conflagration (low density).
Water. It is very useful!
