Cuddles with the right person are an exceptional stress relief. I wouldn't trade that for a lot of things.

That being said it does bring about sexual frustration and if sex was completely off the table it might reduce the overall pleasure.

Eh would probably give up sex. Since I only have sex with my husband it wouldn't be to much of a loss but with cuddles I do that with my kids, husband, sometimes friends/family so it'd be harder to give that up since I do it with a lot of people
