If you "believe" that a man can become a woman, or a woman a man, then you have to believe that these are pictures of reptiles and felines, because the argument is identical.

I believe that, at best, these people are confused and have mental health issues, but I also am positive that many of these people have been pushed and encouraged to live this way, and enjoy the attention they're getting from doing so, but that it's going to lead many to a path towards life-altering drugs and surgeries that they're going to deeply regret, and may in fact lead to an increase in suicides and depression. Even if not, it's certainly going to lead to reduced lifespans, as people having these "bottom" surgeries have to be on strong hormones and other drugs for the rest of their (shortened) lives as a result.

she's a woman with mental health issues and body dismorphia. Likely a hormone imbalance caused by the food and drink she ate when she was in the womb or growing up.

When the cameras are gone and nobody cares about her transition anymore and she looks in the mirror and realises that not only is she not a man no matter how much surgery and hormones she takes but she no longer that fresh faced pretty woman she was.
