In your own words, how would you define 'virginity'?

just want to see how most define it. is it for example just penetration during sex? if you only do foreplay does that count for you? what if you only did anal?

  • I consider being a virgin as in having absolutely no sort of sexual intercourse. Anything

    • so if they just perform oral and nothing else that qualifies as losing your virginity to you?

    • Yes because not everybody want somethin in their ass🤣

  • I chose other because I think it’s any penetration including anal. I know there’s people who think that if you do anal it “doesn’t count” and makes you a virgin and I highly disagree.

it would be different with lesbians of course, but I wouldn’t even know 🥴

  • I really not sure

  • Someone who hasn't engaged in either vaginal or anal sex.

  • Vaginal and anal count as virginity loss but oral and foreplay don't.

  • Parking the car in the garage. 💞

  • These appear to be ways to lose virginity. Virginity means there is a thin membrane inside the vagina that hasn't been broken. There ARE a number of ways it can be, riding a horse, a bicycle, mechanical bull, fingers inserted, either yours or someone else. And more.

  • penis in vagina only.

    • So what about gays and lesbians?

    • OK for them penis in butt and clit on clit action.

  • I don't think virginity should be reduced to vaginl sex. Lol, for me, from you have a sexual interaction with someone else, you loose your virginity. I include cyber sex.

If we go to the very definition of been a virgin, only virgin Mary was.

  • Any penetration done by another person?
Because I've met christians who will say they're still pure, but are doing anal.

    • yeah i feel like thats cheating lol. i say they lost their v cards

    • They would also look down on people who did regular intercourse and would see them as sinners, it's not right.

    • it comes across as dishonest to me yeah. and a bit hypocritical

  • P in V

    • ok so are gay/lesbian people virgins if they never have sex with the opposite sex?

    • Omg I should've just said intercourse

    • well what do you mean intercourse though? like what if all they do is perform oral? does that qualify for you?

  • Definitely A.

    • ok so are gay/lesbian people virgins if they never have sex with the opposite sex?

    • In my opinion, yes.

    • interesting. ok. why do you focus so much on penis in vagina sex only for virginity?

  • I am the definition of virginity

  • There are so many variations of the definition that all of them are right and all of them are wrong.

    • would you say ts pointless to define in that case?

    • In most cases, yes. All comes down to what it means to the individual.

  • If it's only A, and your wife sucked another guy's cock, it doesn't count as sex?

  • Accrual and really: Virginity :No penis, no dildo penetrated in vagina and Hymen is not punctured

  • All those definitions are for losing your virginity. We really should put this word to bed. Traditionally it meant a female (usually 12 or so) hadn't had sexual contact. But now, mostly means you haven't had vaginal sex. But with a dildo the difference is minimal.
