What I said was that based upon the social value and currency that white women have (simply because they are white women); they can have any man they want from anywhere in the world. So, based on that degree of selection, it is either a statement of her partner's high value, or a statement of the lower value she places in herself, that she would choose to mate with ANY man of ANY race. Now, because black men are not typically power players in the world at large, or in the US, it stands to reason that a woman who mates with a man, knowing that he is at a statistic disadvantage in his ability to provide a good life for her; has either found a black man who beats the odds, or she simply doesn't feel that she can secure a more affluent man.
