While a 4'' penis is slightly below average, it is perfectly suited to do what t was designed to do and that is procreation.
There is absolutely no need whatsoever to have a monster 6'' penis, knowing that a vagina is on the average between 3'' and 5'' in length.
Since a penis is designed to procreate only, a vaginal depth of 2'' is sufficient to let the sperm reach the cervix and from there, the uterus. Mission accomplished. No need for anything more than 4'''. That penis size is ideal.
I fail to see why this penis size question is taking up so much importance.

@Bee-Hatch You are correct. Let me move the question from the "Sexuality" topic to the "Travel & Leisure" topic as it could be misunderstood. The asker did mention the state of Virginia in a reply to another person. He wants to show where in the state of Virginia you can find a 4 inch "whatever". Could I also suggest you block me? That would avoid you to have a burst of blood pressure in the future.

@sueshe I have stayed far away from that stuff. It is not a household item in their home here. I did enjoy pub pretzels he raves about! They are extremely good but fried. I bake mine. Much healthier. I will be off early tonight. We finished a very nice family dinner after visiting a huge aquarium. I am such a nerd when it comes to fish and the ocean. I probably looked like a kid. SueShe let me get this straight. You feel its appropriate to spread misinformation and lies about a subject you obviously know little about. And if someone calls you out as a liar, they should just block you, so you can continue to lie and misinform? Rather than doing a little research on the Internet and finding out why you're wrong? This isn't a matter of opinion it's basic anatomy most 12 year olds are taught. Put it another way speculum used by gynocologists are up to 6 1/2" long. If what you said was true, why would they need to be so long?
