they're not small. i wouldn't call those small, but, i get why you might think they are. it's because all of YOUR fat, tends to go to your stomach and your thighs. Different women, have different weight distributions, and yours just happen to go mostly to your stomach and thighs, while hers, whether she likes it or not, goes to her boobs. If it didn't, she'd be bigger in the stomach and thighs, just like you.
