I wouldn't agree to the video, unless you are ok with it potentially getting out on the internet. ie, there's no guarantee it will just be shown to his friends. Even if that is all he wants to do, I find it weird as I wouldn't show my friends a video of me getting a bj.
Just make sure you have something that disguises your normal look
