Is it a turn off if a girl gets red blotches on her chest while orgasming?
I recently noticed this happens to me. I’m so embarrassed about it. I don’t think I can ever let myself cum in front of anyone.

  • I've seen this with girlfriends. It's common with girls who have pale skin.
It's a well known, healthy and normal phenomenon. "Sex flush refers to the delightful pinkish glow that washes over your skin when you're in the throes of arousal or orgasm."

I love women who have delicate skin that blushes easily. And when their upper chest and neck flush during high arousal, I think it's hot af. Blotchy is not ugly, alarming, or any kind of turn off. It's cute, adorable, and tells me that she is experiencing genuine ecstasy. You can't fake that. It's like a flashing light that says "I'm cumming! I'm cumming!"

Instead of being self conscious, you should take pride, and consider yourself lucky to be so adorably feminine, sensual and orgasmic. And any guy you're with will be both charmed and pleasantly amused by your physical displays of arousal. It's a gift.

    • That was sweet to read. Thanks.

    • You're very welcome. :-)

  • I hate that. It’s not a turn off but I experience something similar. Just super super red on my chest and face. Not blotches, but just like a tomato. It’s normal for some people! It’s usually a “good” sign for a lot of men. It shows that you enjoyed it and orgasmed. My boyfriend loves seeing it because it boosts his ego knowing that I orgasmed lol.

  • My husband gets the rash appearance during sex too. It's a little distracting sometimes because while I can see it, he has no idea he's developing spots.

Maybe just warn your partner that you get a blotchy flush when you, "really like something." That way he won't be caught off guard and he'll pat himself on the back when he sees it.

    • I guess I could warn them. Good idea.

  • Guys won't care. If anything, it shows him you're not faking it, so that's an added bonus.

    • Are u just saying that?

    • No. How do you think it would be a negative experience for guys? It's like expecting sex to be be different if you paint your toenails. Many guys won't even notice the change. If they do, they'll be more concerned about possibly having hurt you than concern about any change in color. Your vaginal lips can change color during sex, also, just like the head of his penis. Color is irrelevant. It's the connection that's important.

    • Yea, but genital color change is normal. I see what you’re saying though. Thanks.

  • To a guy, all this means to us is that we got you to orgasm (hopefully a big, powerful one). We have no problem with physical evidence of a job well done. You are worrying about nothing, really.

  • Don't worry about it. :-)
    It's a non-issue for most of us. :-)

  • Sounds more like a guy coming on your chest that causes the blotches.

    • This was from masturbating.

    • Him or you?

    • I was masturbating..

  • The blotches are not uncommon. Some women experience a sort of sexual flush where their face turns pink (or even red). Regardless, it is not a turn off.

  • one of my friends gets this too, i don't think it's that uncommon and she's never complained about it turning people off

  • It's called "sex flush" and it's quite common!

  • I have never had them bit I can imagine it can be a turn on for a man to see the physical manifestation of your orgasm and his achievement to make you feel one.

  • I assure you good guys will be concerned or curious if they notice it.

Because that's not normal. Do you know why that happens?

    • Bad guys will not care.

  • More of a "turn on" than anything. It shows that you are having a response to having an orgasm. There is no reason why it should be a turn off to anyone.

  • I promise most guys won't even notice that.

  • It's ok you are just getting flushed. It has happened to me several times, I dont think about it. It maybe because I have light color skin. I see it mostly when I masturbate.

  • Not at all, to me it's one of many proofs of a job well done:) Only an unexperienced guy would be upset about that.

  • Not at all. Forget about it.

  • Sex flush is normal, not to worry. If anything it demonstrates to him you had a good time! I doubt most men who aren’t consciously looking would notice or care. If one does, that’s the last time they will see it on you.

  • Red blotches (as you put it) on a woman's chest is one of the few outward signs she is having an orgasm. It's perfectly normal, though not every woman does it.

  • Probably not

  • Nope, not at all. I wouldn't care

  • That's interesting, does it happen everytime you orgasm?

    • Since I’ve been watching out for it now, yes. Sometimes less. But I haven’t had many orgasms since I noticed, which was today.

    • Put it to the test on your own time, maybe it's just a thing that happens because your veins are close to the surface of the skin so when you orgasm and your blood is pumping, you can see it, this is just my hypothesis, I don't have a clue, it my just be something unique you have, which isn't necessarily a bad thing because your man would remember that about you, it's also a perfect indication that you orgasmed so it can be a perk to him.
