I've seen this with girlfriends. It's common with girls who have pale skin.

I hate that. It’s  not  a turn off but I experience something similar. Just super super red on my chest and face. Not blotches, but just like a tomato. It’s normal for some people! It’s usually a “good” sign for a lot of men. It shows that you enjoyed it and orgasmed. My boyfriend loves seeing it because it boosts his ego knowing that I orgasmed lol.

My husband gets the rash appearance during sex too. It's a little distracting sometimes because while I can see it, he has no idea he's developing spots.

The blotches are not uncommon. Some women experience a sort of sexual flush where their face turns pink (or even red). Regardless, it is not a turn off.

Red blotches (as you put it) on a woman's chest is one of the few outward signs she is having an orgasm. It's perfectly normal, though not every woman does it.
