Is it better to shower at night before going to bed or in the morning?

Usually at night so I’m not sleeping in my bed with a dirty body and besides I can never get myself up early enough to take it in the morning

i would like to do both , but i mostly shower at night bc i don't wake up early and im already late to skl

but showering in the morning really helps in starting your ay happily
