If I was into dating, I don't really care whether the person I am looking for is over 6' or below 5'. Therefore, to me, size does not really matter.
What matters more is obviously the intellect, personality and character of that person. That would be a nice item to add to a bio. However, I don't think that there is a scale to judge people's intellectual attributes. I do not rely on online IQ tests because they say strictly nothing about that person.

If you are under 7" then there are no place or reason to list it.
If you are more than 7" and need to be closer to 9" then it is useful where the site was the former Craigslist or places where you only list yourself for hookups..
