Depends where you are. If she is legally underage in the state you're in (your profile says you are in USA), that would be statutory rape, and you would be in for a long prison term.

In most states, the legal age of consent is 18, meaning the sex you would have cannot be legally consensual, no matter what she might say.

Find an older girl, or if you two really like each other, wait until she's older.

Different countries have different laws for age of consent. In the USA the law differs by state. Some states are 16 and others like Cali, where I'm from, is 18 which kinda sucks.
