Sexual Health Guys, Is it normal for guys to just get tingles and get a little bigger penis just from seeing an attractive girl and it not be really noticeable?

Like my boyfriend tells me he doesn't want to look at girls. He never had liked looking at women as meat. And he says that sometimes it's like natural instinct he says his eyes will automatically drift to boobs or butt but he will automatically catch it and look away be he doesn't want to look at other girls in that way but he told me sometimes if he sees it in person or video or picture he will like, I'm just going by his words, get a weird tingly sensation or it'll get a tiny bigger, not a boner, just bigger than what it normally is. And he says he usually doesn't notice when it gets a little bigger. And it's nothing that even is worth noticing that it's so little. Is this something that's true? Or is it made up. I just want to be able to trust him so guys please tell me what the deal is with the show tingle getting a little bigger thing. Is it something you can help? Or natural instinct.

Most of what he's saying is true. It is natural instinct to glance at something appealing. Doesn't even have to be sexual it could be artwork. Flowers. W/e. The dick part? It depends with me. Sometimes I'll get a boner and other times I won't but mentally I'll be turned on.
