Girls, Is it ok for the woman to be the dominant person in the relationship?

I have been with my girlfriend for about 18 months and lived with her for about a year. She is in a professional career with a job that pays very well for her age, she is physically very fit and strong and she knows what she wants in life. I guess im trying to say she is definitely an alpha woman. Around the house she is definitely the one in charge. Yes she is kind, funny, friendly and attentive to what I like and dont like. However in all aspects of our relationship including in the bedroom she is definitely the boss. I never considered myself a submissive personality. It just seems like her in charge was a natural relationship dynamic that occured between us and this is how it's ended up. Now I find myself happier with my girl being the dominant. She has challenged me to improve myself. I have a better job, im healthier and just have an overall better life because she has taken charge and given me direction in life. I am really just so in love with her. I know its not the social norm but do you think its ok if the woman is the dominant figure in the relationship? Have you ever witnessed a role reversal relationship like this and do you think it worked? My friends make jokes about me being pussy whipped all the time. However, I really just dont feel that way.

I am the more dominant person in my relationship, if you boil it down but I try hard to keep in 50/50. I don't see an issue with it obviously.
