No not really from just looking at her, you can work out somethings (some times) from her mannerisms, eye contact, how she interacts with you in a non vocal way, if she has a level of confidence but also defers with her eyes, or challenges, clothing can but some is more fashion at times than scene.
I go to munches and BDSM events, even if a girl is obviously a sub, you don’t know her actual kinks.
Never assume a persons kinks until they share them, not everyone likes to be spanked, not everyone likes verbal abuse,

Doubtful. If people saw me I am sure they would have guesses but the only accurate guess would be none. Least as far as I know. To my knowledge I have no kinks or fetishes

Nope. You can guess but you'll never know unless you ask them personally. With me, I don't think you could guess. You'd just be wondering "Is she kinky? What would she do anyway?"
