like if while we had sex she was very down for it. she was very consenting. she had her hand on my d**k and taking my pants off so iam gonna say that's consent. she never said no and, from what I can tell, loved the experience. we even cuddled after and talked and did it again!!. yes we did have drinks but we weren't plastered drunk. I don't think she was anyway. I gave her a ride home and then she stopped talking to me. now 3 days later she finally texts me and says that she thinks I raped her because she doesn't like me in that way. so I don't understand. rape is a huge problem and I don't ever want it associated with me. I am just a sophomore and I definitely don't want to go to jail if she's accusing me of rape. so what do I do? everyones all gonna believe her if she goes to the police just because alcohol was involved.

If this girl tries to press charges she deserves as much of a judicial sentence as actual rapists, and she deserves as much social scrutiny as actual rapists get as well (if not much more!) Unfortunately court cases are stacked against us guys thanks to feminism, especially in these sorts of cases.

This is why I'll never have sex with a girlfriend even if she just took a tip from alcohol. To protect both myself and her, her feelings would not be invalid is she felt violated, so I'll never do that. EVER.

It's not rape but if she took it to the feds, she'll still be the victim regardless of her changing her mind. Rape is taken seriously and the guy is mostly always at fault unless he has some good evidence that she was fine with it before.

You can withdraw consent during sex but that requires actively doing so.
That is not rape but if she will accuse you of such actions they will take it very seriously and you can tell from the womans vaginal tearing if she was forced into sex or she was in the mood.

I don't think it's rape. I think it's her changing her mind, and not giving the tiniest shit that the accusation of rape is heinous.
If this (forgive me) bitch was serious about the rape accusation, she'd have gone to the police, instead of trying to guilt you into something or ruining your reputation amongst others. No, much better for her to just say you raped her.
