Steroids are either testosterone or a derivative of it. When you take steroids your body stops producing its own testosterone because of the abundance of it in the system.. your penis has nothing to do with testosterone but your testicles do so that's why they shrink.. when the person stops taking testosterone ( or testosterone products, ) the body will start to produce its own natural testosterone and the testicles will go back to normal size.. also if the person takes a compound called HCG the testicles will never shrink and stay the same size..
