You've GOT to stop assuming this. It simply isn't true. Women in general aren't threatened by saying another woman is attractive or sexy or such. This never means they want to have sex with a woman. It means they appreciate that person's attractiveness, is all. I think this is some sort of male fantasy and men keep telling themselves this.
KrakenAttackin

@Screenwriter Not a fantasy at all. I have seen plenty of drunk "straight" women who end up missing on other girls. Guys don't do this shit
Screenwriter

KIssing another woman does not indicate your sexuality, especially if drunk. Men kiss women they aren't attracted to when drunk. I know a guy who made out with a transwoman who found out afterward, but said he enjoyed the kiss just the same. He too was drunk. Did that make him bisexual? No. Just horny and the person was convenient. Guys are also way more hung up about being seen as "gay" or being attracted to other men. It's threatening more often than not. And unless you've hung out at gay bars where straight guys might also be with women friends, you don't know what straight guys have done there have you? Course, you're going to say they're not straight, aren't you? Maybe they're just curious.

Anecdotal evidence, Kraken, is not statistical, scientific study. What you've observed is a limited sample. One person. Means nearly nothing in the light of the fact that 7.5 billion people, 3.7 billion of whom are female and likely 1.9 billion are over the age of 18, are female. Cite some scientifice surveys or even OLD MASTERS AND JOHNSONS or the Kinsey surveys from the '50s.

@Screenwriter The Kinsey studies are outdated. I doubt genuinely studies could be done today due to how politicized sexuality has become. Either way I don't really care except to say I think most women have "bi" tendencies whether they act on them or not.

Though the Kinsey studies are OLD, the facts they studied and their scientific method are solid. Perhaps they had cultural biases because they were not done on world populations, but the studies are not invalid SIMPLY because they are old. It's one thing to say lung cancer rates from the 1950s are no longer valid. We know THAT because so many fewer people smoke ciagarettes today. But human sexuality is a constant. Some particular PRACTICES change, but percentages of who is what sexuality is no different from 1060 BC than from 1960. If we were all nuns and priests who took celibacy oaths, that would not change anyone's sexuality. It would simply change our PRACTICES of our expressions of sexuality. You are simply not being rational or logical about your personal experiences of women's sexuality and extrapolating from that experience to come to a conclision. Again, this is not, and never has been, the scientific method and we wouldn't have collected and codified information that constitutes our current, accepted knowledge in science and industry. It is how we've arrived at vaccines for Covid, polio, smallpox, all the childhood diseases that practically no one ever gets anymore. It's how Marie Curie found radium, how the Manhattan Project got completed, how successful sex change operations have occurred, how treatments have been found to correct club feet, how casting has healed broken limbs... All of this came from The Scientific Method: sampling thousands of people, elements, bacteria, viruses and testing the theories that were assumed to be correct about those people, bacteris, elements to see if the theory rings true.

Got no inner Karen. You're closing your mind to the difference between anecdotal experience, a small sample, yours, and actual collected facts. So, it's no use talking to you. Good luck with believing ONLY what you see in front of you. Terrible way to collect vakid evidence.
