No it's not weird at all. It's actually a big sign of respect to you that you've gotten through a phase in life where everyone is losing it with someone they won't talk to next month...
Losing your virginity should be a special moment with a partner you love and if you don't find that till you're 20 or 30 so be it,, you can't rush into it.
I'm 20 and I've never done anything at all with a girl, that doesn't make me weird. I just don't want my first time to be forced.
You have plenty of time to find a worthy man!!!

I was 17 when I first had a girlfriend, and lost my virginity.

No, its not. Not at all.
Virginity is not something you need to get "over-with".
Society puts pressure on people to lose their virginity early in their teens. That's the norm, but it is perfectly fine, even smart to wait till you are in a loving relationship you know will last. Don't stress it and don't lose it to someone you don't trust.

I am 23. I've had one boyfriend my whole life. We've been together for 2 years. We broke up, and we are better off as friends. :) I lost my virginity at 16 with somebody I didn't know. Yeeks! But, sex is sex. We all do it the same. Just with different likings in the bedroom, sounds, everything.. Take your time. Do you! Enjoy you. Nobody has got to know about your past. :) That one person will come forward in time, and they'll appreciate you for being who you are..
