  I really don't know about guys but I do feel weak in my knees and belly for a day or two. So I guess it would apply to guys as well, do you feel weak after doing it? If yes, it will probably cause long term weakness too.

  Yes I do feel weak , lethargic and drained after I ejaculate. But unable to control the sexual urge , hence end up touching and rubbing the parts which leads to ejaculation.
