  • It shouldn't be a crime as long as both parties have consented. You're not gonna stop teenagers, or anyone for that matter, from doing it anyway so might as well educate them as much as possible so they at least have an Idea of what they're actually doing.

I'm sure a lot of them do it just because its forbidden and they get a youthful sense of defiance from it. But they don't really understand what they're actually doing.

  • If both agree than called it make love.
    Should be accepted morally.

    • you're giving me those "i'd fuck a 12 year old" vibes about now

  • After 18 is ok

  • For 18+: (Age / 2) + 7
So for an 18 year old, minimum allowed age is 16.
    Age 20: 17. Age 22: 18. Age 24: 19.

    For sub-18:
    perhaps: (Age / 2) + 5
    Age 10: 10. Age 12: 11. Age 14: 12. Age 16: 13. Age 17.99: ~14.

I'm not 100% on these, but it seems to at least allow for inter-age relations, without making the ranges too open (15 year old with a 9 year old) or too constricted (you can date someone a few years younger than you).
Of course, I suppose by definition, non-sexual intimate acts would be / are allowed regardless of age?

  • People can be too young to consent. So, no.

  • No because someone who is underage their brains are still developing and it's very easy for someone older to influence them and take advantage of them

  • If their both 18 and up no it's not a crime. Morals speaking their is a age limit. Other wise no it's not illegal.

  • No, we created those laws for good reasons, the most important one to protect the young and defenceless

  • For guys, it is usually pretty easy, we het erections when the wind blows so a guy will allow almost anything in order to orgasm. For women and girls, that is very different. There are those that can handle a sexual relationship at a younger age and there are those that can not. That is more about them and how they think about situations. I have heard about a young (14) girl that was having sex with a much older man because she wanted to. That man went to prison and she went on to another older man relationship. Did she know and consent, yes but the law says "age of consent is 18" and she is free to get another victim in her web.

  • I am beginning to thank sex should be illegal outside of marriage. That would solve a lot of problems. Sexual assaults and the like. We just don't have enough prisons to do it.

  • No... Age of consent law depending the state is exactly what that means... NOT for adults to engage with.

  • If they are underage then no obviously

  • Had it been a crime I would never had idea of excellent sex because it was a lady almost double my age who introduced me to great sex.

  • I think it should still be illegal luv cause before a certain age kid's mind is not developed enough to understand the right and wrong.

  • It would still be a crime.

  • If both are doing with consent then it shouldn't be a crime

  • If any one of them is under 18 and the other is over it should be a crime even if they both agree

  • Nothing wrong with it if they are in legal age and agreed each other...

  • The young could be talked into anything so easily

    • How do you feel about this

  • must be at least 18 years old on both sides
