As a personal taste I don't mind small breasts and your figure seems to he appealing.
But I learned with age that sometimes people need to look the way the want in order to accept themselves.
You should be aware there are risks involved and there's a chance the results will be horrendous. But if done by a good surgeon and size and shape are kept within normal range you could get them enlarged into something you're happy with.

I genuinely think implants would ruin them. There's nothing wrong with having perky little breasts, they are very attractive. As long as they are sensitive to the touch and it excites you when someone pays attention to them, that's all that matters.

I vote no to implants. The surgery is expensive and can be risky. No matter how great the surgeon is, implants, whether saline or silicone, look and feel fake. Personally, they're a turn-off for me. I had a lady friend that was as flat as a pancake and her lack of breast size was never an issue with me.
