Yes, your body reacts the same way to sexual stimulation regardless of how you feel about it. With enough stimulation you can orgasm from it. Guys can get hard and orgasm when being raped. A girl being wet or a guy being hard does not mean consent, it means they're sexually stimulated and their body is making itself ready, doesn't mean you want it to, your body reacts to sexual stimulation the same way regardless of the reason behind it. Similarly, with enough stimulation you will orgasm.
@Twalli I know we, men, would orgasm with enough stimulation, but I really don't think women would, again, I may be completely wrong.
