Based on my experiences, the chart does seem true. Whenever watching homemade amateur porn featuring real couples, Asians do seem to consistently have smaller penises on average, Whites and Hispanics consistently tend to have penis sizes within the middle, and Black guys consistently have larger sized penises. Black women considering any penis size under 7 inches as small isn't uncommon in the Black community, including those in Africa. This preference could result in more Black women selecting men with bigger penises, having children with them, and their sons and/or grandsons inheriting the big penis from their fathers, which could make the average penis size bigger in some races and cultures.
