I would suspect that most children would buy something for sexual fun well before they would ask their parents for help or advice.
Think about it logically, there's a local £ shop ( everything is £1) that sells battery powered toothbrushes (she needs to clean her teeth), which can be used as vibrators. (Oh, they do sell vibrators as well, but they aren't much good). And that's assuming they don't have one already.
And if she starts to do anything sexual with someone they may buy her a toy or toys.
Don't forget your little darling might know where mummy's toy box is, so might not need to buy her own (although mummy might realise and have something to say.)
In an ideal world your daughter would wake up on the birthday of the age of consent having never thought of sex before, and she can use her birthday money as she wishes. Unfortunately the world isn't ideal.

I'm really torn on this. It's hard to teach children that sexual desires are normal and nothing to be ashamed of while wanting to shield them from adult things. It's certainly unconventional.
It is actually not a bad thing to do, I guess I would rather have her exploring at home and in safety.
I guess it is better to have a parent or adult who is comfortable and tells you that you are free to explore yourself
