We’ve tried having sex probably about 8 times. The first time it hurt too bad and his dick wouldn’t fit in. So since then we’ve done more foreplay. His dick is kinda big and I’m pretty small but his dick mostly fits in, but still after about 5 minutes I can’t take the feeling anymore because it feels like I need to pee really bad and its uncomfortable. Since you already pee in advance, that's off the table. However your natural lady fluid may not be reaching where you need it causing a burning sensation that feels like needing to pee. Perhaps your hymen is continuing to stretch when you have sex. Guessing you did not bleed much or at all on your first time. Your sexual events are too short for you to be (sorry) "worn in".
The first thing to try is personal lube. Butter it on liberally before first penetration. He will carry it in and improve slide.
But if that doesn't work and you want to get belong "wearing in" do you can last longer and enjoy sex, you might consider this.

It's a delay spray for men. Don't spray it into your V. Soak your fingers with it and apply it to your hymen area (at your V opening) on all surfaces. That may numb the sting enough to keep going longer.

The book ‘The G Spot and Other Discoveries About Human Sexuality’ by Ladas, Whipple, and Perry. Copyright 1982. Since you pee right before sex, you can rule that out. Even though it comes of the urethra, it is not urine. Along the woman's urethra, right in front of the G spot, there is a gland, which squirts a clear fluid out the urethra, in composition similar to the transport medium in ejaculate. When you feel the need to pee during sex and you hold it in, you are actually holding in your ejaculate. When you get to the point where you “can’t take the feeling anymore” because it feels like you “need to pee really bad”, remember it is not pee, it is your ejaculate, so don’t hold it in, but push it out.

In other words, there is no need for her to pretend to be a squirter, because she really is a squirter. Sorry about the late response. There have been conducted some scientific studies where female ejaculate has been examined. For some of the women, the fluid turned out to be urine, but for other women the fluid was chemically different from that of their urine. In particular, it contained more prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP), more prostate-specific antigen (PSA), and also some glucose. This indicates that it probably came from the Skene's glands, which are rather like the female equivalent of the male's prostate. That is likely not pee you are feeling but rather a build-up of female ejaculate. Don’t look at that as a problem, because it really isn’t.
