It was a combination of things, but essentially it boiled down to feeling overwhelmed and then one last thing pushed me too far.
I've been dealing with chronic pain and health issues since I was 13, but in the last few months a new pain has really been limiting what I can do. On top of that, my dog who I had since I was 8 passed away recently, and then there is the looming stress of being home all the time.
I just had too many debilitating pain days in a row and I was so exhausted and scared and then I saw an artistic peice about someone's pets passing away and I just lost it for about 5 minutes.

My son jumped on my balls this afternoon, which always brings out the tears.

Emotional jump would be about 2 weeks ago when I watched "Schindler's List" again. The scene where he realises his lapel pin could have saved one more life breaks me every time. Liam Neeson is an amazing actor
