I was fairly young when introduced to sexual education. However, I think to an extent that it should be taught before 10 only because I was exploring my own body by 8.

Girls general mensuration cycle starts during dat age so she should feel dat things physically n mentally... Boys gets des information from anywhere so late or early doesn't matter

A person under the age of 18 is forbidden to have sexual intercourse and should not be a behavior

it's neither good nor bad. Sex Education does not encourage people to have sex but i t protects them from pregnancy and STD's hopefully.

As a Health and Physical Education teacher, I do teach children about sex education from the age of 11-12 and onwards.
It's amazing how much knowledge some of the kids have already whereas there are some who have no idea at all.
Letting the children know that unprotected sex isn't evil is important information to share because in the future they will be curious and try it just like most of us did as teenagers.
In saying that... giving them the background sex ed. knowledge will allow them to make well informed and responsible decisions.
