I have caught guys looking up my skirt I don't really mind but sometimes it does turn me on. Does it turn you on to know someone is looking up your skirt?

Yeah, guys will be guys. I think they feel that seeing our panties up our skirt is kind of like seeing the forbidden fruit. I don’t mind them taking a glimpse, and I do sometimes get a little tingly feeling knowing that they just caught a sight of my panties. Maybe it brightened their day a little. I don’t like it if they start staring.

Well, I love it when girls wear pleated, flirty and frilly skirts and mini dresses but I don't make it a point to go around making an effort to look up them. Not in the last 8-10 years anyway.
